The New Teacher Underground (NTU) is back for a second summer of gatherings for incoming and newer teachers. NTU, a working group of New York Collective of Radical Educators, is a social space for newer and alternatively certified teachers to find support and dissect the realities of education in NYC. Through educating ourselves, we strive to be empowered both in and out of the classroom. Each workshop will revolve around a short reading and activity exploring a critical topic in education.

RSVP: newteacherunderground@gmail.com. Also check us out on Facebook or follow us on Twitter: @ntu_nyc. Hope to see you there!
